no matter how awful you are, there’s always someone out there who is less awful than you (ego)

opposite of above: no matter how good you are, there’s always someone out there who’s better than you. Take it as a challenge to be like them or better


*the bigger you are, the easier for other people to target you- super mario bros


*today you might be lucky but tomorrow is a different story – minesweeper


*plan ahead – tetris


*progress cannot be achieved by one person. Progress is achieved by society (team) – counterstrike

When you’re done…


*there are always opportunities close by (gold) you just need to be patient to find it – age of empires


*If you think that a jump is impossible, try it and maybe you’ll achieve it – uncharter (quote)

*a one hello can lead to life changing events – mass effect

starting with a bang isn’t always the best thing (won’t give you results) – pinball

too much power can be dangerous (when you actually bomb the protective blocks) – battle city


sometimes looking at the finish line won’t always get you there.  If you approach it with tunnel vision, you might get hit by a large truck – frogger
